How Can My Family’s Story Change Your Health Story?

We aren’t healthier. Heart Disease is on the rise. Infertility is on the rise. Diabetes is on the rise. Obesity is on the rise. Cancer is on the rise. Does that sound like healthy? Do you feel healthy? No matter what country or health care system you go to… people are unhealthy. The biggest fallacy we are being told is that we are healthier. Americans aren’t getting healthier.

Have you been to a doctor and been told they don’t have answers for you? That it is all genetics? Does that even sound right? Have you felt like your body isn’t programmed for disease? Have you felt solutions like prescription drugs and surgeries aren’t really healthy solutions? When you look at side effects, it doesn’t sound very healthy. I don’t think you were programmed for disease. That’s why I wrote a book to help people look at health differently.

Approximately 40% of Americans will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lives. More than 100 million American adults have diabetes or prediabetes. 1 out of every 4 deaths is from heart disease. Nearly 40% of us are obese. Regardless of techniques or technology, Americans are getting sicker. It’s not just us. Disease is on the rise in other countries too, so this is not a health insurance debate. Let’s make that clear right away. It’s everywhere.

Don’t Let “Medicine” Write Your Story
In the book, you will read about how I changed my thinking about health care because my beautiful bride, Christy, was told she couldn’t have children. That was before we were even married. “Medicine” tried to write our story differently. Now we have 4 beautiful girls. There is more to it. Don’t get caught up in the emotional part of it where she couldn’t have children. She had hormone problems and intestinal health issues. She couldn’t even digest a salad. It would make her cramp like crazy. In her early twenties, she was having these health problems already and “medicine” was going to write her story differently.

She was sick. Like many Americans. She needed a different approach to health care. Her story that made me think differently has changed the health of those facing metabolic disorders, fertility issues, hormonal disorders, mental health concerns, and so many other health conditions. Her story, our story, is just an evolution on how my thinking changed and continued to develop just like it should for everybody else.

Because of my career and my clinical practice, I have had massive numbers of men and women come to me for all of these health conditions. Because of my wife’s health and because of all that I have learned in clinical practice, I have a different view point. A view point that repairs the body instead of masking symptoms. Patients would ask me for a book that they could read to learn this new way of thinking. There wasn’t one so I wrote one.

Learn A New Way of Thinking
Everybody was saying, “I wish I would have known.” It’s a lot easier to build a body to be healthy than to rebuild a sick body. Well now you have a new start. The book is not only one of the best ways to understand hormones along with how men and women work but is also my viewpoint on healthcare and the direction we need to go.

What kind of story do you want your life to be? If you don’t change your thinking you are going to depend on some doctor to change your health when you are in more control than you think you are. That’s what my new book The Hormone Connection is about. It’s about triggering a health connection, so you can learn the viewpoint that everybody should be learning.
